Sciogliere a fuoco lento il burro, non deve fumare; Imburrare e spolverare con farina&amp;nbsp;uno stampo&amp;nbsp;per ciambella con coperchio; &amp;nbsp;montare le uova con lo zucchero e successivamente incorporare pian piano la farina, il latte, il burro tiepido (&amp;nbsp;quasi freddo&amp;nbsp;)&amp;nbsp;;
